INTRODUCTION



Meditation helps us in a variety of ways. It helps reduce stress, strengthens the immune system,  improve relationships at home & at our working place , decreases aggressiveness and anxieties, improves behaviour and attitude, improves focus, memory & concentration and  inner peace within.
Anant swami divine meditation has also proven effective in helping us release negative thoughts and behaviors and in building self-confidence.   Meditation is fantastic tools that we can learn at any age which  helps us in our lives
